Wonderful, loving lurcher!
Mary was found as a stray alongside Midge and Mungo. She is a lovely girl who just adores people! In fact, her favourite pastime is cuddling with the staff and volunteers! Mary gets on well with other dogs, she shares her kennel with Mungo and Midge and becomes quite distressed when she is alone. As a result, we'd be looking for a home with another dog to keep her company. Mary gets very excited when you interact with her and she does jump up, but given her loving and gentle temperament, we can consider rehoming her with children (6 years plus). We don't know if Mary has ever lived indoors, so any prospective adopter should be prepared to do some housetraining.

Re-homing Criteria
Mary is looking for a quiet home with a secure garden where she won’t be left alone for long periods of time and a well-mannered canine pal to keep her company. We don’t know how Mary would react to cats but given her breed, we are looking for a cat-free home. Mary is a lovely, gentle soul so we can consider rehoming her with young children who are familiar with dogs.
