Typical terrier with a lot of personality!
Lance is a clever boy that enjoys interacting with the staff and volunteers. He is a typical terrier with a lot of character and would be best suited to a home where he would be the only pet. Lance would be happier in a home where there would be no young children around.
History
Lance was sadly returned to us due to his owner struggling to cope with his terrier antics!
Re-homing Criteria
Lance is looking for new owners who have previously owned a typical Jack Russell or a similar breed and are used to their personalities. He can be quite reactive towards other dogs when out walking and we would need someone to have the knowledge and time to continue his training with this. We would be looking for a completely terrier proof garden so that he can benefit from some safe off lead fun. Lance would be best in a rural setting as he does not cope well in busier enviroments . We will not rehome Lance with cats or another dog, we would also not consider homes with young children around. When Lance came back to us he was quite a bit overweight , he has done really well working on this and we would need his new home to be happy to keep up his new feeding and exercise regime while he works on getting back his figure! We are looking for an active home, as much as Lance is happy snuggled on the couch beside you, he also loves being out and about and would love to explore all the countryside walks! Lance loves to keep his mind active so would not suit a once around the block walking regime!
Lance is a lovely boy who is just full of Jack Russell Fun and would make a great addition to the home of an avid terrier fan!
