Apollo is a very friendly boy but can be a bit clumsy around small children, bowling them over. He has lived with a cat but has never met any livestock. Apollo is fully house-trained and loves to swim. His re-call is quite good but he does get spooked easily and in these circumstances tends to panic and run away. Apollo travels well by car but does require either a crate or dog guard otherwise he will end up sitting on the drivers knee, (strongly not recommended). He is playful with other dogs but can be too much for smaller breeds.
Unfortunately due to illness Apollo's previous owner is no longer able to take care of him
Apollo requires some training on the lead as he pulls very strongly so he requires a home where his new owners have the time and patience to give him this.
Cara wanted to let us all know how happy she is.
Cats and dogs can get along very well but introductions need careful management.
