Oscar is a shy boy who takes a while to feel confident with new people or new situations. He has come from a home with one adult although he has mixed with 3 other dogs quite regularly who we are told he was good with. Oscar has also lived with 2 cats of whom there were no issues with. He is strong on lead and needs further recall training. Oscar has not been used to the car too much, but was good the times he has been in it. He likes his home comforts and with a soft, patient approach he can be very affectionate. He loves playing fetch!
Oscar's owners has had to hand him over for rehoming as he could not give him the exercise he needs due to ill health.
Oscar is looking for a quiet household with an owner who understands he can be nervous and will give him the time he needs to adjust. He may suit another calm dog for company. Due to his timid nature, Oscar would suit a home without children.
If you'd like to help rehome Oscar simply complete the Homefinder Questionnaire to get started.
